Holding Roads' stock will be traded on segment B of the Official market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) as of today. The company will be officially presented along with Railway Infrastructure Holding Company whose shares will be traded on the same segment as of November 28.

The bond issues of Arteks Engineering and Investbank, which are registered for trade on BSE as of today, will also be presented.

The issues of four companies will be transferred to another segment as of November 24 (Monday). These are Fazan, ZMM-Metalik, Optela Laser Technologies и Technology & Innovation Corporation Saedinenie, whose shares will be traded on segment A of BSE's Unofficial market.

The stocks were traded on segment B of the Unofficial market until Friday (November 21).

The general shareholders' meeting of Unipharm is scheduled for Wednesday (November 26). The shareholders will put to vote a propsal for increase of the capital of the company from 500,000 leva to 1 mln leva with own funding.

Trade in the shares issued as part of the capital increase operations of Yavor AD -Varna and Energetics & Energy Savings Fund SPV-Sofia will kick off on Friday.

Yavor hiked its capital from 112,000 leva to 15.08 mln leva through the issuing of 14.967 mln shares.

The capital of Energetics & Energy Savings Fund SPV-Sofia was raised from 650,000 leva to 927,270 leva. The newly issued 322,270 shares were placed at a price of 3.25 leva each.

The general shareholders' meeting of Euroins is also scheduled for Friday. The shareholders will discuss the capital increase of the company from 10 mln leva to 12.5 mln leva through the issuing of 2.5 mln new shares with 4.00 leva issue value each.

The SOFIX blue-chip index dropped 14.56%, to 334.46 points last week, while the broader BG40 shed 14.54%, to 100.34 points.
