All four indexes advanced on Thursday - a day dominated by trade on the positions of Albena and co.

The blue chips SOFIX passed 300 points, adding 2.04% today to 302.31 points. BG40 gained 1.04% to 90.17 points. BGREIT and BGTR30 rose by 0.02% and 1.62% respectively to 40.35 and 233.71 points.

BSE's total daily turnover neared 24 million leva. At 14:10h the value of OTC transactions stood at 22.577 million leva, which is due to the transfer of takes in Intersky and Albena Invest Holding.

The entire capital (minus just one share) of BSE's newest company Intersky changed hands in two deals on BSE today. In the first, 371,687 shares traded hands at 2.856 leva and the second was for 7,998, 312 shares at 2.69 leva per unit. The total value of both transactions came to 22.577 mln leva. The seller was Albena Holding and the buyer Albena.

2,224,335 shares (40.44%) in Albena Invest Holding were traded a little later on Unofficial Market at 10.15 leva or a total of 22.577 million leva, which is the amount paid for the purchase of the Intersky stake. Albena was the seller and Albena Holding the buyer in this deal.

Almost immediately after that, shares in Albena and Albena Invest Holding plunged. Earlier in the day both stocks were up by 3.45% and 12.15% respectively. At the end of the day they closed 2.30% and 0.66% down respectively to 17 and 3 leva.

69 stocks were traded today of which 38 closed in positive turf.

Banks' stocks were also up today: CCB (+0.11%, 0.96 leva), FIBank (+0.50%, 1.81 leva) and BACB (+4.35%, 8.50 leva).

Chimimport surged 5.10% to 1.84 leva. Sopharma and Devin were also among gainers. Sopharma added 1.49% to 1.98 leva and Devin soared by some 14.89% to 2.70 leva. The CEOs of the last two companies Ognyan Donev and Tsvetan Lajanski were in the delegation which visited Moscow and the Moscow mayor Lujkov within the "Sofia Days in Moscow" initiative. The topics discussed at the meeting were tourism, pharmaceuticals, industry and bottled water.

Infrastructural companies closed higher at modest turnovers. Holding Roads added 3.26% to 2.22 leva and Moststroy gained 3.39% to 2.44 leva. Trace Group Hold appreciated by 4.79% to 35 leva.

Fair Play Properties once again was the leader in terms of traded volume. Some 724,432 shares changed hands at an average of 0.30 leva marking a daily loss of 15.49%. Today was the ex-dividend date for trade in the stock. The company plans to pay 0.13 leva gross dividend per share on 2008 income.
