The two major indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) shed over 1% each on Monday. The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 1.11% to 447.65 points, while BG 40 closed 1.15% down at 119.56 points.

BG REIT (-0.43%, to 48.68 points) and BG TR30 (-0.72%, to 339.82 points) also ended the day lower.

BSE's overall turnover came to 1.16 mln leva. A total of 87 issues were traded on the day with 29 of the companies posting price gains.

Nearly 86,000 shares in Central Cooperative Bank traded hands on the day. The stock of the company depreciated by 3.45%, to 1.37 leva per share.

FIBank (-1.11%, to 2.66 leva), and KTB (-1.78%, to 55.00 leva) also ended the day lower, while BACB's stock price remained unchanged at 18.00 leva per share).

Sopharma was also among today's decliners. The stock of the company depreciated by 0.51% to 4.10 leva per share. Bulgarska-Roza Sevtopolis shed 1.66%, to 1.42 leva per share.

Other decliners on the day also include Medica (-1.78%, to 1.65 leva) and Momina Krepost (-4.76%, to 1.60 leva).

Stara Planina Hold (-1.57%, to 1.88 leva), Hydraulic Elements & Systems (-1.01%, to 4.90 leva), Elhim Iskra (-3.68%, to 1.86 leva) and М+S Hydraulic (-1.30%, to 5.68 leva).

A total of 2,300 shares in BG Agro traded hands on the day. The stock of the company slipped by 0.06%, to 1.68 leva per share.
