Indexes Post Strong Gains on Monday

Just as last Monday, the week started with rapid gains on the local stock market. As a result all four indexes closed with gains higher than 1% - SOFIX (+1.44%, 387.31 points), BG40 (+1.07% to 120.80 points), BGREIT (+1.57%, 46.52 points) and BGTR30 (+1.27%, 327.65 points).
After a strong January, BSE's capitalization returned above 11 billion leva and is currently at 11.22 billion leva.
Total turnover on the official market reached 2.14 million leva today. Nearly half of that amount came from trade in bonds (1.04 mln leva) and namely from the transfer of 500 bonds issued by Bulgaria Platinum Group.
73 stocks were traded today, 41 of which closed with gains.
Trade on the position of Toplivo continued to be very active. The company's capitalization gained 13.42% do 4.65 leva/share at a turnover of 23 177 shares today. The stock has added 25% so far into 2011.
Billboard also continued to rise, adding 6% today to 0.899 leva at a turnover of some 14 854 shares. The company's capitalization grew by 43% so far this year.
The news on Holding Roads restructuring of debt with FIBank boosted trade on the position. Shares gained 6.09% and closed at 0.854 leva, which is close to the price as of the end of September.
Last week the Holding announced reached a deal with FIBank to extend the deadlines on its debt as well as to reduce the interest rates. The holding also received another loan to the amount of 4.37 million euro.
The news on the upcoming sale of Bulgartabak Holding is keeping investors interested in the stock of the companies in the holding's portfolio - Blagoevgrad BT (+0.10%, 50 leva) and Sofia BT (+7.84%, 55 leva).
Neochim jumped 5.72% today to 34.888 leva. Just 98 shares in the company changed hands today.
FNI Bulgaria stock was among the top gainers on the REIT segment, adding 3.33% to 0.62 leva/share at a turnover of 201 400 shares. The company recently informed that the entire retail space in the Kambanite Busienss Center has already been rented.
Fair Play Properties Shares added 6.33% to 0.319 leva at a turnover of nearly 4 000 shares.
