The sluggish activity continued on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednasday, while three of the indexes ended the day lower: SOFIX (-0.10%, to 436.79 points), BG 40 (-0.56%, to 131.59 points) and BG REIT (-1.0%, to 49.39 points). BG TR30 was the only gainer on the day advancing by 0.05%, to 352.48 points.

BSE's overall turnover amounted to 1.75 mln. leva. The bond market accounted for more than half of the figure.

REITs posted the biggest trading volumes on the day. Bulgaria Real Estate Fund's stock price went up by 1.03%, to 0.687 leva per share.

Decliners on the day included Advance Terrafund (-0.29%, to 1.366 leva) and Agro Finance (-4.67%, to 1.001 leva).

Intercapital Property Development's stock price went down by 18.60% to 1.75 leva per share. The management of the company decided earler this month to lower the issue price of the new shares offer for subscription from 3.0 to 2.30 leva apiece.

Industrial Holding Bulgaria advanced by 1.48% to 1.169 leva per share.

First Investment Bank's stock depreciated by 1.18% to 3.35 leva per share. The bank announce earlier that it had floated a bond issue that it plans to include in its Tier 1 capital ratio.

A total of 65 issues were traded on the day with 22 of the companies posting stock price gains.
