The capital increase of Vinzavod Asenovgrad has been registered following a decision of the District Court of Plovdiv, BSE-Sofia's website reported.

The company increased its capital from 385 251 leva to 10 016 526 leva through the issuance of 9 631 275 shares with a face value of 1 lev using the Reserves Fund.

The company's core activities include buying and processing of grapes and fruit, production of wine, brandy and other alcoholic beverages.

Vinzavod-Asenovgrad posted a net non-consolidated profit in the amount of 100,000 leva for 1Q against a positive financial result of 19,000 leva a year ago.

Today just 1 share of the company was sold at 5 leva/share.
