A total of 213 000 rights of Eurohold Bulgaria allowing investor to take part in the company's capital increase changed hands in 90 transactions at prices between 0.028 leva and 0.10 leva or an average of 0.04 leva/share.

Eurohold Bulgaria is planning to increase capital from 50.002 mln leva to 62.503 mln leva through the issuance of 12.5 mln common, dematerialized shares with a face value of 1 lev and issue value of 3.35 leva.

Shares can be traded no later than May 28 and the final date for subscription of shares from the capital increase is June 20, 2007. The auction for unused rights will be held June 5, 2007.

A total of 4 738 786 mln rights (9.5% of all issued) have been transferred in 495 deals since the first day of trade and the total value of the deals is 111.17 000 leva.

Bulgarian Holding Corporation AD which is the main shareholder in Eurohold Bulgaria has used all its rights for subscription(64% of the totalissued rights).

20 426 shares changed hands on the position today at an average of 3.51 leva or 0.57% down from yesterday's price.
