Hidroizmomat AD is appointing a general meeting of shareholders for 27th April 2007 at which the company’s increase of capital and its BSE listing will be voted.

The company will increase capital at the expense of their own resources through transformation of reserves and retained profit from past years except 2006.

“At the upcoming meeting a capital increase from the current 59 191 to BGN1.3 – 1.4 million will be voted ”Birislav Nedyalkov chairman of Hidroizomat SD said for profit.bg

“At the moment FK Ever AD are preparing the documents needed for the registration in the Financial Supervision Commission and BSE”, added Nedyalkov.

After the second public offering Hidroizomat are going to appoint a new General meeting on which capital increase of about 10% will be voted.

“The revenue acquired from the next capital increase would be used be for the realization of the company’s projects.”After the second increase I expect the company’s free-foat to reach 30%, Nedyalkov also added.

For 2006 the company has reported a profit of BGN 354 000 and revenues of over BGN 2 mln.

The company is a part of the structures of Doverie United Holding , the main shareholder being Riton –PAD holding 56 % of the capital.The rest is owned by individuals.

Hidroizomat was founded in 1962. The services the company offers are hidroisolation, installation of thermal insulation, repairs, transportations etc.

The company’s materials have been used in buildings and facilities of the following companies : Sofia Airport , Hemus Highway,The Sofia Underground,TEZ Maritsa-Iztok ,Bulgartabak, Balkanfarma, The Ministry of Defence, Blagoevgrad Customs, Medika – Sandanski, Vratitsa – Vratsa and many others.
