On 29 March FIA Bulgaria AD-Sofia signed a contract for the building of a modern office center of a total built area of 3 300 sqm on a plot of 900 sqm in Mladost-1, BSE announced.

The building will host FIA’s principal office. The whole investment project will amount to BGN 3.3 mln while the company’s expected profit is estimated around BGN 1.7 mln in the course of 18 months.

According to the company’s prospectus, FIA Bulgaria is planning on building a technopark and vacation village on 58 000 sqm and 72 sqm respectively. Another project includes a modern commercial center and a diagnostic center in the municipality of Hajidimovo.

The constructions of both projects will be carried out in four stages (between 2006 and 2009). The company will finance the building of 10 000 sqm residential area and 10 000 sqm of the technopark area and will offer for exchange (25%) 28 000 sqm of the residential areas and 20 000 sqm of the technopark. The rest of project will be completed after 2009.

FIA Bulgaria AD’s shares will be launched for trading on BSE on April 2, Monday. The emission volume is BGN 700 000, nominal value of eac share at BGN 1.00.
