A total of 306 houses will be built on an area of 400 acres. Deata hill Sunny Residence Park will be situated at the southern foot of the Vitosha Mountain on the border with Vitosha Naturalal Park minutes away from the capital city.

The infrastructure building began in April 2006. Over BGN 1.3 million have been invested so far in road infrastructure.

The total value of the investment for the building of Delta Hill Sunny Residence Park is expected to amount to more than EUR 50 million.

The first stage of the project started in November 2006 and includes the building of 42 houses. The stage has to be completed by the end of the year. The project is divided in 8 stages which have to be completed by 2010.

10 houses of different types and of areas of between 180 and 300 sqm (including house yards) are offered for sale. The size of the parcels is between 300 and 1000 sqm.

Delta Hill residents will have all types of modern facilities at their disposal – a kindergarten, shops, offices, a restaurant, bar, a sports area and tennis courts.
