During today’s session four transactions with the rights of Agro Finance REIT were made in which a total of 113 760 rights were traded (that is 17.6% of the total rights issued )

The deals were made at BGN 0.09 each. Since trading started 17 deals were made on this position for a total of 473 975 rights and a turnover of BGN 42 657.75.

The company’s rights can be traded till tomorrow (April 5th), their code is R3AGROF.

Agro Finance REIT is planning a capital increase from BGN 650 000 to BGN 36.4 mln. Each of the purchased rights entitles their holder to the subscription of 55 new shares at a nominal value of BGN 1.00 and emission value of BGN 1.10.

The auction for the company’s rights to which no shares have been subscribed will take place in the trading session on April 17 and the final date for the subscription of shares from the increase is May 3rd 2007.

Today the shares of the company were not traded and the bids and asks remained at BGN 0.805 and BGN 1.15 respectively.
