Energia Shareholder Filed an Appeal with The Supreme Administrative Court Regarding the Tender Offer
A shareholder in Energia AD Targovishte has filed an appeal with the Suprene Administrative Court regarding the decision of the Financial Supervision Commission to approve a tender offer from Energia-97, Energia-Consult JSC and EnerSis Holdings S.A.R.L. to the rest of the company’s shareholders, the Court’s website announced.
The starting price for a share was changed from BGN 42.50 to BGN 49.57 per share after the Financial Supervision Commission issued a temporary ban on the tender offer.
The investor, who owns 513 shares, insists on defining “What was the highest price paid for a share of the capital of Energia AD by any of the three buyers in the last 6 months prior to the tender offer registration in the Financial Supervision Commission- 31 January.”
He also insists on announcing the price at which 110 shares of the capital of Energia AD were acquired by EnerSis Holding (Luxemburg) in a transaction on BSE on January 11.
No shares of the company were traded in today’s session, the bids and asks stayed at BGN 45.10 and BGN 49.98 respectively.
