Only 594 Shares From Sinergon Holding’s Capital Increase Not Paid
A total of 4,236,200 shares from Sinergon Holding AD’s capital increase subscription have been paid, BSE-Sofia information shows. This is only 594 shares less than the stock offered for subscription. (4,236,794 shares were offered, 4,236,617 shares were subscribed.)
On March 21 all 4,093,023 rights from the capital increase of Sinergon Holding AD, offered at the auction organized by BSE, were sold at 0,76 leva per share.
Sinergon Holding is increasing its capital from 14.123 mln leva at the moment to 18.359 mln leva.
Last year the holding’s consolidated profit grew 17.8% to 12.08 mln leva (0.885 leva per share) against 10.25 mln leva (0.974 leva per share) in 2005.
The main shareholders of Sinergon Holding AD are Omega BD Holding AD, which controls 25.694% of its capital and Petrol-In AD with 19.368%.
1,291 shares of Sinergon Holding were traded today at 10.06 leva per share down 0.3% from friday.
