Holding Company Roads-Sofia fulfilled an investment program worth 4.5 mln leva in 2006, the company’s registration document published on BSE-Sofia’s website shows.

In 2005 the holding’s investments stood at 2.237 mln leva, and in 2004 they were in the amount of1.29 mln leva.

In 2006 Holding Company Roads bought asphalt mixers “Ammann” GMBX 2 with a 200t/h production capacity.

On of the mixers is installed on the territory of the Vladimirovo asphalt base in the village of Vladimirovo, Montana region. The asphalt base is owned by Patengineering-M EAD - a subsidiary of the holding. The other mixer has not been delivered as yet.

Last year Holding Company Roads also bought on lease nine steam-rollers (tandem) - AV 95-2 and AV 26-2, pneumo-wheeled - A_ 240, and a single drum ASC 150D, which are expected to be delivered in 2007.

In the end of 2006 Holding Company Roads AD had 26 full-time employees - 7 managers, 9 analytical specialists, 3 applied employees, 5 administrative officers and 2 drivers.

ABV Engineering Ltd. controls 45.16% of the company’s capital, while Eurobuilding 2000 Ltd. holds 24%. Holding Company Roads has 16 subsidiaries. It is the sole proprietor of 15 of them and controls 95.62% of the capital of one of the enterprises.
