Logistics Park Varna is one of the latest projects of FairPlay International and Bulgarian Property Development.

Situated in the Western Industrial Zone of Varna, the logistics park will spread on total area of over 80,000 sq m and will offer high quality modern warehouses, offices and commercial premises.

The project will offer quick and easy access to the city’s ringroad and the Vladislav Varnenchik Boulevard which is a part of the road corridor connecting the Black Sea coast to Sofia and the main European transport corridors.

Logistics Park Varna will offer ready-to-rent warehouses. All buildings have been professionally designed and provided maximum flexibility and expansion options.

Besides standard premises for storage of medium- and rapid-turnover goods, Logistics Park Varna will also provide tenants specialized premises with temperature control and cross-docking systems, the company told Profit.bg.

Warehouse premises will occupy an area of 55,000 sq m including warehouses with temperature control, while commercial premises and offices will spread on respectively 10,500 and 13,000 sq m area.

Investors in the project plan to build 110 freight platforms for trucks and vans, and the storage premises themselves will be equipped with SAP warehouse management system.

The logistics park will have a capacity of 50,000 europalettes and will offer detached storage premises with controlled temperature, humidity and odours.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2009 with investment totaling about 100 mln leva.

The project will be implemented in three stages. The first stage (building up about 24,000 sq m) is expected to be completed by the end of 2007.

Investors in the project are Bulgaria’s leading building and investment company Fairplay International and Bulgarian Property Developments - a company, listed on the London Stock Exchange. The exclusive consultant in the project is the consulting company Colliers International, leader in the property market.
