The two main indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange were up in the end of today’s session. The broad BG40 added 1.35 points or 0.54%, while SOFIX was up 3.97 points or 0.31%.
This week BG40 dropped 2.2 points or 0.87% to 249.86 points, while SOFIX lost 5.2% or 0.41% to 1,270.52 points.

Total turnover on BSE was 3.645 mln leva with shares worth 53.88 mln leva transacted on the market.

Bulgarian River Shipping AD announced Monday it was planning to offer 292,000 shares representing 25.2% of its capital via an open auction to be held between 23 and 27 April.
Investors will be able to make limited bids which will be valid the same day. Market bids won’t be accepted.

The time interval for submitting bids is between 13.00 and 14.00h.

Energoremont-Holding AD announced Tuesday it would hold a general meeting of shareholders on 30 May 2007 which was expected to vote a proposal to increase the company’s capital from 349,340 leva to 3,842,740 leva using own funds.

The holding won two public procurements worth a total of 882,000 leva this week.
Todoroff AD and Kaolin AD listings were in the spotlight of investors’ attention this week.

Todoroff’s book-building cut-price increased from 1.80 leva to 2.00 leva/share after brokerages had a chance to sweeten their offers Tuesday (32 brokerages took advantage of the procedure).
Order execution rate reached 53.46%. In three days only 148 transactions involving 84,193 shares worth a total of 178,000 leva were made on this position.

Earlier today it was announced that the issue value of execution of the orders from the book-building for participation in the initial public offering of Kaolin AD is 13.50 leva. 4.58 mln shares had been distributed raising 61.84 mln leva.

This week another two companies announced their plans to list on BSE-Sofia - Darvoobrabotvane-VT and MacCap Brokers.
