The secondary public offering of Todoroff AD and the initial public offering of Kaolin AD on BSE-Sofia were completed last week.

A series of open auctions for the sell-off of 25.2066% of Bulgarian River Shipping will be held until the end of this week. The next IPO (of Corporate Commercial Bank) is slated for 10 May.

Upon the completion of the two public offerings the two main indexes of BSE-Sofia registered increases today, SOFIX adding 8.14 points or 0.64% to 1,278.66 points, and BG40 going up 3.02 points or 1.19% to 252.88 points.

Analysts comment investors, who had not been able to buy the desired amount of Todoroff and Kaolin shares, might have directed their money to other companies of their choice today.
Total turnover on BSE today was 9.235 mln leva versus 9.274 mln leva a week earlier.

Chimimport added 2.89% to an average price of 9.98 leva/share with some transactions reaching 10.09 leva/share. A total of 181,000 leva were transacted on this position with bids/asks remaining at 10.01/10.09 leva.

Orgachim AD also ended today’s session in the green adding 2.85% to its market cap to an average price of 200.46 leva/share. One transaction was made at the record price of 210 leva/share.

Toplivo and BTC also gained today increasing their market cap by 2.19% and 0.83% respectively to 23.76 leva/share and 12.10 leva/share.

Shares of Stara Planina Hold and Industrial Holing Bulgaria grew 2.20% and 1.19% respectively to 39.93 leva and 7.68 leva/share, while Bulgarian Holding Company added 6.08% to an average of 3.84 leva/share.

Sopharma and Bulgarska Roza-Sevtopolis ended today’s trade in the red losing 1.39% and 0.64% respectively to 7.09 leva and 6.21 leva/share, while Albena AD was down 0.27% to 96.80 leva/share.
