Chimimport Planning Capital Increase
Chimimport plans to increase its capital, Alexander Kerezov, deputy chairman of Chimimport’s managing board, told Profit.bg.
The proposal will be discussed at the forthcoming general meeting of Chimimport’s shareholders in June. The capital increase parameters were not clear yet, Kerezov explained.
Chimimport’s capital currently stands at 130 mln leva. Its main shareholder is Chimimport Invest with 86.60% of the capital.
180.583 shares of Chimimport were traded today at 9.80 and 10.09 leva/share up 2.89% from the previous session.
