Zlatni Piasatsi's Consolidated Loss Drops to 660,000 Leva in 1Q
The consolidated loss of Zlatni piasatsi AD dropped three times to 660 000 leva in the year's first quarter compared with 2.113 mln leva in 2006 1Q, the company's report published on the BSE website reveals.
Revenues in the period neraly doubled against last year's first quarter from 3.04 mln leva to 6.06 mln leva. At the same time expenditures increased 30.4% to 6.74 mln leva compared with 5.17 mln leva a year ago.
Towards March 31 the comany's liabilities stood at 44.3 mln leva and its operating funds and equivalents at 6.7 mln leva.
Zlatni Piasatsi has a core capital of 6.493 mln leva and towards end of March its shared capital was in the amount of 100.66 mln leva. The company's main shareholder is Zlatni AD controlling 63.84% and S-Travel holds 20.39%.
The group includes ERP Zlatni Piasatsi AD, ViK Zlatni Piasatsi Ltd, Parkstroy Zlatni Piasatsi Ltd, Biser Zlatni Piasatsi Ad and Golden Trading Ltd.
The company's core activities include hotel and restaurant services, travel agency as well as managing and maintaining of the infrastructure on the territory of Zlatni Piasatsi holiday complex which includes distribution of electricity and drinking water.
So far today only one transaction involving the company's stock has been made on BSE in which 27 shares changed hands at a price of 13 leva.
