Eurolease Auto Issues Fourth Emission Of Bonds
The Board of Directors of Eurolease Auto AD announced that the company is issuing a fourth corporate bond emission in the amount of 5 mln euros.
The debenture loan is for a period of 60 months and with a floating coupon on amount of 6-monthly EURIBOR + 2.95% p.a. but not less than 6.00% p.a. The lead manager of the emission is United Bulgarian Bank AD. All payments will be serviced by Central Depository.
Eurolease Auto AD has to register the issue for trade on the regulated market (BSE-Sofia) within a period of 6 months after the issue date. Bonds will be traded in compliance with POSA.
Eurolease has issued bonds worth 18 mln euros year to date.
On 5 September 2007 Eurolease Auto held an extraordinary general meeting, at which shareholders approved a proposal for capital increase from 4,867,200 leva (2,488,599 euros) to 9,000,000 leva (4.601 mln euros) via issuance of 4,132,800 new, registered, non-preferred, paper, voting shares with a face and issue value of 1 lev. 25%, or 1.033 mln leva was deposited on 28 September 2007.
The company is part of the structure of Eurohold Bulgaria. The stock was traded at levels between 8.21 leva and 8.999 leva on the BSE today, which is a record on the position.
