Monbat Jsc (

) reported November sales in the amount of 21.697 mln leva (11.093 mln euros), which is a 183% hike year-on-year.

January – November sales rose 76% to 125.695 mln leva (64.266 mln euros).

The company's November profit is up 109% compared with the penultimate month 2006, and stood at 3.091 mln leva (1.580 mln euros).

Profit for the 11 months of the year amounts to 17.432 mln leva (8.912 mln euros), or 125% up from Jan – Nov 2006.

As we already informed, on November 26, the management decided to apply for a short-term loan from Central Cooperative Bank. Monbat will get 3,450,000 euros from the creditor to purchase materials for its production. The debt must be repaid by May 23 next year.

The stock rose 6.35% to an average f 29.46 leva today, at a turnover of 6,876 shares.
