Billboard's Non-Consolidated Profit Surges to 4.7 Mln Leva

Billboard Jsc's net non-consolidated sales surged 74% in 2007 topping 15.9 mln leva (8.129 mln euros), the company's non-consolidated report states.
The company expects 2007 net non-consolidated profit to come to 4.7 mln leva (2.4 mln euros), versus 1.5 mln leva (approx.766,937 euros) in 2006.
At the end of December 2007 assets are a little over 33 mln leva (16.87 mln euros), and the company's own capital is in the amount of 21.6 mln leva (11.04 mln euros).
Two new printing machines were delivered in December 2007 – VUTEK 5330 EC and VUTEK 3360 EC. Their maximum print speed is 207 sq m/h and 150 sq m/hour respectively. The new equipment was installed and entered operation at the beginning of 2008.
In January the company installed a Vutek PressVu 200/600 SC technology.
BSE has registered the company's 7.5 mln leva issue (allocated in as many shares with a face value of 1 lev) for trade on Unofficial Market of Equities Segment A. The float date is 20 February 2008, and the bourse code assigned to the issue - BOARD.
In December Billboard Jsc completed a successful IPO of 1.5 mln shares. The price was determined by book- building at 7.30 leva/share. The company has more than 1,000 institutional an individual shareholders.
