The week started with a record low turnover on BSE – 2.408 mln leva (1.231 mln euros). The figure includes the 282,180 leva from transactions with bonds. 55 out of 128 active issues advanced.

Three of the four BSE indexes climbed today, the only exception was once again BGREIT, which lost 0.75% to 100.67.

SOFIX added 0.96% to 1426.8 points and BG40 rose 0.45% to 407.19.

BGTR30 closed at 925.45 which is 0.21% above its closing level on Friday.

Turnover on the Official Market came to 574,000 leva. Most of it was generated on the position of Chimimport, where the average price added 0.54% to 11.19 leva. A total of 15,196 share of the Varna-based economic group changed hands.

Monbat also ended on positive territory. 2,584 shares changed hands today at an average of 27.54 leva, which boosted the company's market value 1.07%.

Industrial Holding Bulgaria added 0.76% to 7.99 leva.

5,103 shares of Central Cooperative Bank changed hands at an average of 7.01 leva, which is 0.43% down from opening. Balgarska Roza Sevtopilis was also among today's decliners. The stock lost 0.89% to 2.23 leva.

On the Unofficial Market of Equities, the position of Bulgarian-American Bank was among the most interesting today. Trade picked up pace minutes before the bourse closing. The price added 3.66% to 68.29 leva as a result.

As you know Bulgarian-American Investment Fund announced Friday its plans to sell nearly 50% of the capital of the bank to Allied Irish Banks at 67 leva/share.

Another bank attracted a lot of attention today – First Investment Bank (FIB). The stock gained 0.6% to 10.01 leva at a turnover of 32,923 shares.

Zarneni Hrni Bulgaria rose 0.34% to an average of 2.92 leva after 50,825 shares changed hands.

Elhim Iskra eked 0.18% to 5.48 leva after 3,661 shares changed hands at prices between 5.41 and 5.49 leva.

On the other hand, Billboard and Enemona lost 0.92% and 0.44% respectively to 8.58 and 20.37 leva.
