Karoll topped the ranking of investment intermediaries with most deals sealed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) in February with 12,571 transactions, a check up conducted by Profit.bg shows.

BenchMark Finance and Elana Trading retained their number two and three spots with 9,025 and 7,263 transaction in February, respectively. Ug Market ranked fourth with 4,909 deals for the period.

Populiarna Kasa 95, whose clients sealed 3,443 deals in February, rounded out the top five.

UniCredit Bulbank, Karoll and First Financial Brokerage House (FFBH) were the leaders in terms of turnover for February. The clients of the bank traded stocks for 63.9 million leva (32.6 million euro) during tho month. The turnover of Karoll and FFHB amounted to 33.9 million leva (17.3 million euro) and 32.1 million leva (16,4 million euro), respectively.

BenchMark Finance and EIBank rounded out the top five in terms of turnover with 29.4 million leva (15.03 million euro) and 25.3 million leva (12.9 million euro), respectively.

An average of 1,903 deals were sealed daily during BSE's 21 trading sessions in February. The average daily turnover amounted to 9.954 million leva.
