Fair Play Properties REIT's H1 profit this year came to 4.3 mln leva (2.19 mln euros), which is by 1 mln leva up compared with the corresponding period last year, the company told Profit.bg.

Apartment sales in half one stood at 17.787 mln leva (9 mln euros). Total revenues came to 25.7 mln leva (13 mln euros).

The company's profit came from 95 finalized apartment sales deals (93 in the Santa Marina complex and 2 in St. Ivan Rilky complex).

At 30 June 2008 the fund had fulfilled its apartment sales prognoses for Santa Marina at 121%.

The company signed contracts for the sale of 141 apartments (132 in Santa Marina and 9 in St Ivan Rilksy), doubling sales in the latter, in spite of the slow down on the real estate market in the resort of Banko.
