Rents of all types of real estate in the cities on the Black Sea Coast are risng during the summer months.

The average rent for logistics real estate in Burgas in July was 8 eur/sqm, and for warehouse space it varies between 4.5 and 5 euros, depending on location, according to data provided to Profit.bg by Foros agency.

Office rents are at between 4 and 15 euros/sqm, depending on class and location. The prices for class A office space in downtown Burgas reach 15 euros.

Class B and C offices can be rented at around 10 or 6 euros in the ideal center, and at 4 to 6 euros around it. Offices in the northern industrial area are only class A and can be rented at 8 eur/sq m per month.

During the summer, apartments in the central parts of the city can be rented at prices from 3.8 to 5 euros /sqm. In the Lazur complex and the TPP complex rents are at between 3 and 5 eur/sqm and between 2.5 and 3 eur, respectively.

Luxury home rents in the central parts and in the Lazur complex reach 6.5 eur/sqm. Rents in locations near the center are at 4 eur/sqm.

Commercial real estate in Burgas is one of the most expensive in the country. The average rent per square meter can reach 55 eur/month and in the newly built commercial centers to 100 euros.

Rents for the vacation homes near Burgas, Pomorie, Chernomoretz and Sozopol run between 5 to 20 eur/sqm per month.
