Pamporovo's H1 Profit Shrinks in Half

Pamporovo Jsc's (
) H1 profit is down about 50% compared with the corresponding period a year ago, or from 2.89 mln leva (1.47 mln euros) to 1.49 mln leva (761,824 euros), the company's report states.
Sales revenues are down 19% to 5.98 mln leva (3 mln euros). This is due to a decline in sales of services, which fell from 6.74 mln to 5.23 mln leva (2.67 mln euros).
Total revenues stand at 7.4 mln leva (3.7 mln euros) at the end of June, which is 8.4% down year on year.
Costs on economic elements are also down, from 4.35 mln to 3.81 mln leva, or by 12.5%. Total costs are slightly up, from 5.21 mln to 5.92 mln leva.
Main shareholders are Siesaief Jsv, which controls 524,665 shares (48.76%) and Perla Management (430,934 shares, 40.05%). The members of the Management and the Supervisory boards o not own shares in the company.
Pamporovo's core capital stands at 1.076 mln leva, and equity capital is at 22.83 mln leva (11.67 mln euros), against 21.33 mln leva at the end of 2007.
No transactions involving the stock have been on BSE so far today. Bids are between 6.17 and 10.1 leva and asks at between 16 and 18.99 leva.
