Shareholders in Paldin Holding Jsc will gather at a general meeting today to discuss a proposal to pay 0.16 leva gross dividend per share.

Tomorrow is ex-dividend date for Real Estate Bulgaria REIT. The fund allocates 0.025 leva gross dividend per share, or a net 0.0238 leva/share.

BenchMark Properties REIT starts paying dividend (gross 0.40245 leva) Tuesday. Trade in shares issued in the capital increase of Balkantourist Elits ends the same day.

Balkantourist Elit is planning to hike capital from 10.179 mln (5.20 mln euros) to 45.8 mln leva (23.4 mln euros) via issue of 35.625 mln paperless voting shares with a par value of 1 lev.

Three companies are floating shares issued as a result of capital increases on Wednesday. Those are Monbat, Emka and Black Sea Investment REIT.

The first two increased capital using own funds, from 19.5 mln to 39 mln leva (19.9 mln euros) and from 5.376 mln to 10.753 mln leva (5.49 mln euros) respectively.

Back Sea Investment will hike capital from 650,000 to 14.95 mln leva (7.64 mln euros) by issuing 14.3 mln shares with par value and issuing price of 1 lev.

The company decided to pay 0.3675 leva dividend per share on 2007 income. Payment starts August 11.

Belovo Paper Mill starts dividend payment Wednesday (August 6). Shareholders will receive 0.047 leva gross dividend per share.

Last week SOFIX slipped 1.52% to 1012.57 points and BG40 lost 7.7% to 249.69 points.
