Banks Make Highest Turnover on BSE among Intermediaries, Karoll With Most Transactions

Investors made a total of 263,000 transactions with equity on BSE worth 1.855 billion leva (948 mln euros), show data provided to Profit.bg by BSE.

Because of the double recording of deals (each deal is recorded once as „buy“ and once as „sell“ for the other party) turnover comes to 3.7 bln leva (1.8 bln euros) and the number f transactions to 526,000 leva.

Three banks are the leaders in terms of transactions year to date – these are Investbank and Eurobank EFG, followed by Unicredit Bulbank.

The top 5 also includes FFBH and Karoll, sixth is Real Finance. 12 investment intermediaries have made transactions worth more than 100 mln leva (51 mln euros) since the beginning of 2008.
