Nearly 10 million (9.834 million) of Advance Terrafund REIT's rights changed hands in the five trading sessions this week (August 18-22), Profit.bg data show.

A total of 1.011 mln rights changed hands on the position today, while the total number of rights transferred in the first seven days of trading amounted to 14.204 million, or 32.24% of the total.

The rights of the REIT will be traded until August 27 under the 6A6A stock symbol. The auction for the unused rights is scheduled for September 5. The subscription of the new shares will take place in the period August 14 – September 23.

Advance Terrafund plans to hike its capital from 44.056 mln leva to 110.14 mln leva through the issuing of 66.084 million new shares with 1.90 issue value each.

A total of 44.056 mln rights have been issued as well. The rights and the shares were issued at a ratio of 1:1.5.

We are planning to have a total of 450,000 decares of agricultural land by the end of 2009, which is quite an ambitious program, specially in view of consolidation and renting out of the plots. At the same time, arable land is continuing to appreciate by some 30% each year - a tendency we expect to be sustained in the future,” Radoslav Manolov, CEO of the fund, told Profit TV earlier.

Advance Terrafund currently controls 238,000 decares of arable land and 130 decares of land in urban areas worth at least 99 mln leva (50.6 mln euros), or 2.25 leva/share.
