Business Calendar August 25-29
Investors' attention will be focused on the consolidated financial reports of the public companies, scheduled to be released this week. The last date for the publishing of the reports is set for August 31.
Trade in the rights of Arco Towers REIT, issued as pat of the second capital raise of the company, will kick off on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today. The REIT plans to hike its capital from 650,000 to 780,000 leva.
A total of 130,000 shares with 1.0 and 113 leva par and issue value, respectively, are offered for subscription. If all shares get subscribed the company will raise a total of 14.7 mln leva.
The REIT has issues a total of 650,000 rights. Five rights entitle the subscription of one new share.
Astera Cosmetics will also start today its dividend payment. The company will distribute 0.825 leva gross dividend per share, it was decided at a general shareholders' meeting.
Trade in the rights issued as part of the capital increase of Advance Terrafund REIT will be traded on BSE until Wednesday (August 27). A total of 14.204 million rights changed hands in the first seven days of trade, accounting for 32.24% of the total.
Advance Terrafund plans to raise its capital by from 44.056 mln leva to 110.14 mln leva through the issuing of 66.084 mln shares with 1.90 leva issue value each.
The REIT has also issued a total of 44.056 mln rights. The rights and the shares were issued at a ratio of 1:1.5.
The final day for the subscription of shares in the capital raise of Balkantourist Elit is set for Friday. The company is hiking its capital from 10.179 mln leva to 45.8 mln leva through the issuing of 35.625 mln shares with 1.0 leva par value each.
The general shareholders' meeting of SAF Magellan is scheduled for Saturday (August 30). The shareholders will discuss the distribution of 0.33 leva gross dividend per share.
The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 1.19% to 1,025.54 points last week, while the broader BG40 skidded 2.2% lower to 252.34 points. The blue-chip index has advanced by 1.28%, this month, while the BG40 has added 1.06% so far.
BSE's trading turnover amounted to 14.64 mln leva in the period August 18-22.
