SOFIX Fails To Regain 1,000-point Mark, Chimco Jumps by 40%

All four indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended today' session in negative territory, while the SOFIX blue-chip index remained under the 1,000-point mark.
The blue-chip index slipped by 0.02% to 996.09 points, while the broader BG40 skidded 0.78% lower to 243.11 points.
BSE's trading turnover came to 8.9 mln leva today with deals in bonds accounting for 3.2 mln leva of the figure. Trade in REIT stock made for further 1.45 mln leva of the total turnover today.
A total of 202,150 shares in Sopharma Properties REIT changed hands today at an average price of 6.60 leva per share. The turnover on the position amounted to 1.33 mln leva.
Doverie United Holding was also actively traded today. Nearly 240,000 shares in the company traded hands on the day, most of them in a single transaction. The price at the close remained unchanged at 6.90 leva per share.
Chimco's stock price went up by 40% to 0.24 leva per share today. The volume traded on the position amounted to 254,000 shares.
Orgachim's stock appreciated by 1.81% to 169 leva per share, while Chimimport slipped by 0.88% to 7.88 leva per share.
Sopharma ended the day 0.53% lower at 3.999 leva per share.
Kapitan Dyado Nikola advanced by 5.62% on the day after 459 shares traded during today's session.
A total of 25,850 shares in Alcomet changed hands today, while the price of the stock stood at 6.21 leva per share at the close.
