Willbrook Management International is starting its first project on the Bulgarian Black Sea - Willbrook Diamond Residences in Varna. The complex will comprise eleven apartment buildings and recreation area.

The complex will be located in the St. Nikola region offering a view of cape Galata.

Willbrook Diamond Residences will have 144 apartments, 2 maisonettes, parking space for 205 vehicles (including underground parking), a recreation area, a lot of greenery, a restaurant, a lobby bar, shops and sports facilities, an indoor swimming pool and outdoor roof pools, playgrounds etc.

Each buildings will have a view of the cape, balconies, water massage bath tubs, AC, internet access, cable TV, a heating system using natural gas etc. The complex will provide maintenance and security to residents.

The company is abiding to strict environmental principles. All its projects include massive green areas and roof terraces, designed to have a cooling effect on the building. The company uses only materials which absorbing heat and prefers to use local resources in order to limit the harmful effects transportation has on the environment.
