The general shareholders' meeting of Aroma is scheduled for Tuesday (September 9). The members of the management board of the company will receive authorization at the meeting for the acquisition of long-term assets.

Trade in the stock of the company is still suspended due to the argument between former and existing shareholders over the ownership of the company.

Two public companies will start dividend payments as of Wednesday. These are Unipack and Stara Planina Hold, which will distribute 0.20 and 0.01228 leva gross dividend per share, respectively.

The general shareholders' meetings of Agria Group Holding and Gamakabel are scheduled to take place on the same day.

The shareholders of the two companies will decide on the distribution of last year's profit.

The SOFIX blue-chip index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) lost 4.88% to 977.79 points over th last week. The broader BG40 index shed 5.64% to 237.07 points.

BSE's overall trading turnover amounted to 27.17 mln leva for the period.
