Construction of Business Park Ruse started today with an official ceremony attended by Emel Etem, Minister of National Disasters and Emergencies, district governor Maria Dimova, and the mayor of Ruse Bojidar Yotov.

IRIS jsc is the investor. The project envisages the construction of class A office space and seven storeys with TBA of 32,000 square meters.

The plans include spacious commercial area and conference halls.

Storage area is available next to the main buildings. The parking lots have the capacity of a total of 600 vehicles, 260 of which in an underground parking.

Some of the advantages of the park are: good infrastructure, modern offices, flexible renting conditions, parking, quality management, conference halls rented by the hour, and environmental sustainability.

„Our aim is to make this complex a preferred place to make business in a pleasant and safe environment. We think the citizens of Ruse will be convinced in this,” said IRIS executive director Meglena Dimitrova.

The park is situated in the most densely populated area of Ruse – right next to Mall Russe and the main boulevards – Lipnik and Potsdam.
