The start with the trade in the rights issued as part of the initial capital raise of Balkanika Imoti REIT, which plans to hike its capital by 30%, to 650,000 leva.
Trade in the shares issued in the capital raise operations of Momina Krepost and PRC REIT and Agroenergy REIT will kick off on Tuesday. The latter raised nearly 20 mln leva in its initial capital increase.
Momina Krepost will raise its capital from 282,000 leva to 1.691 mln leva with own funding. The issue of the company amounts to 1.409 mln leva divided in as many shares with 1 leva par value each.
PRC raised its capital from 650,000 leva to 5.85 mln leva through the issuing of 520,000 new shares with 10 leva par and issue value each.
Agroenergy hiked its capital from 500,000 leva to 18.5 mln leva through the issuing of 18 mln leva shares with 1.10 leva issue value each.
The company raised a total of 19.8 mln leva from the capital raise, which will be invested in the purchasing of arable land.
The capital raise operations of Industrial Holding Bulgaria and Mountain Paradise Invest REIT will be completed this week as well. The REIT plans to raise more than 10.3 mln leva, through the offering of 9.5 mln new shares with 1.09 leva issue value each.
The holding company is also floating a convertible bonds issue. The total number of the issued rights stands at 43,756,118. A total of 200 rights will entitle the subscription of one bond from the new issue.
The issue amounts to 21.878 mln leva divided in 218,780 bonds with 100 leva par and issue value each.
The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 3.91% to 820.36 points last week, while the broader BG40 shed 1.32%, to 204.13 points.
