BG40 Up For Fourth Day In Row

BG40 closed higher for forth day in row. The broad index added 0.12% to 105.32. BGREIT also closed in positive turf (+0.23% to 47.53 points).
SOFIX ended its advancing series today. The blue chips fell 1.98% to 353.81 points. BGTR30 is down 2.18% to 275.95.
Indexes closed mixed amid political tension in Bulgaria after it emerged yesterday that the country will lose 220 million euros under the Phare Program. Another 580 million euros are temporarily frozen.
BSE's daily turnover reached 3.01 mln leva (1.53 mln euros). 27 out of the 89 stocks traded today clsoed higher. At 14.00h the value of OTC transactions stood at 258 000 leva.
Trade on the Official Market of Equities, Segment A was slow. Industrial Holding Bulgaria (+0.63%, 1.76 leva) and Stara Planina Hold (+0.56%, 1.8 leva) were among gainers, while Albena invest Holding (-1.94%, 4.6 leva) and Synergon Holding (-0.46%, 2.15 leva) closed in the red.
On Segment B, Petrol closed near the maximum 11.55 leva. The stock soared 14.89%, teh final transaction was at 11.49 leva/share.
Lead and Zinc Complex and Orgachim also posted gains. The Kardjali-based plant added 1.09% to 7.4 leva and the company from Ruse rose 2.82% to 73 leva.
Chimimport closed in the red. Shares fell 3.04% to 2.07 leva. Oil and Gas Exploration and Production dipped 1.59% to 3.1 leva and Bulgarian river Shipping AD lost 0.8% to 1.87 leva.
CCB also suffered losses (-1.02%). The stock closed at 0.97 leva, the highest price on the position today was 1.05 leva.
The other three public banks closed mixed. Shares in FIBank depreciated by 2.84% to 2.63 leva, Corporate Commercial Bank stayed unchanged at 65 leva and BACB added 4.43% to 11.8 leva.
Today's list of decliners also includes Sopharma (-3.1%, 2.06 leva), Balgarska Roza Sevtopolis (which lost more than 3%), Doverie United Holding (-1.43%, 6.9 leva), Holding Roads (-6.74%, 3.42 leva), Moststroy (-10.41%, 4.12 leva) and Trace Group Hold (-2.06%, 38.98 leva).
Neochim has been closing lower for a few consecutive days. The stock lost 3.78% to 35.6 leva. Toplivo declined 6% to 5.88 leva.
Elhim Iskra added 2.61% to 1.97 leva. HES stayed unchanged at 4 leva.
M+S Hydraulic plunged by nearly 10%.
Deputy finance minister Lyubomir Datsov said yesterday that the implications of the world crisis are not yet distinctly felt in the country.
