Holding Roads has scheduled a general meeting of shareholders for the fist business day of 2009 (January 5).

Shareholders will vote a proposal to give Vasil Bojkov a 3.84-mln-leva bonus.

A 100,000-leva bonus to the executive director and chair of the board of directors Orlin Hajiyankov and a 60,000-leva bonus for the deputy chair of the board of directors Philip Stoyanov will also be voted.

The auction for the unsubscribed rights issued in the capital increase of Lomsko Pivo Jsc will be held on BSE January 5. A total of 2.168 million rights (48.19% of all issued) will be auctioned.

Lomsko Pivo is planning to hike capital from 4.5 mln (2.3 mln euros) to 6 mln leva (3.067 mln euros) via issue of 4.5 mln right. Investors can subscribe 1 new share against each 3 rights at 2.5 leva/share.

The deadline for subscription of shares is January 15.

Hlebni Izdelia Poduiane is floating a bonds issue on Tuesday. The issue's valu eis 6 mln euros allocated in 600 bonds at a par value of 1000 euros.

The interest rate is 6 months EURIBOR +3.3%, no less than 7%. Payment is due each sex months.

Trace Group Hold is holding a general meeting of shareholders on Thursday (January 8). It will be discus a proposal to buy back up to 3% of company shares.
