Holding Roads' shareholders voted at a general meeting in favor of the allocation of additional remuneration to the chairmen of the supervisory board and the management board of the company.

Thus Vassil Bozhkov will receive further 3.84 mln leva for the results of the company achieved in 2007. Orlin Hadjiyankov, chairman of the management board and executive director and Philip Stoyanov, deputy chairman of the management board and executive director will receive 100,000 leva and 60,000 leva, respectively.

The holding company has repaired and constructed a total of 1,000 km of roads in the last few years.

A total of 14.06% of the capital of the company was represented at today's general shareholders' meeting. A total of 1,580 shares in the company changed hands today. The stock depreciated by 3.69%, to 3.13 leva per share.
