Frankly speaking I do not expect anything different on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today, Geno Tonev, investment consultant at Ug Market, told Profit.bg.

The indexes will most likely end lower in line with the negative macro-economic data from Europe and the USA.

As regards to liquidity on BSE I would be surprised if the turnover in stocks exceeds 1.2-1.3 mln leva. The interest of investors towards the gas crisis may be able to get the trade going but I still do not expect to see volumes close to the average ones, Tonev said.

In other words, if you do not own industrial stocks or compensatory instruments, better take a walk in the nature, Tonev added.

Three of BSE's indexes ended yesterday's sessiojn in negative territory - SOFIX (-0.39%, 359.39 points), BG REIT (-3.08%, 48.22 points), BG TR30 (-0.71%, 272.59 points). BG40 was the only advancer closing 0.64% higher at 108.69 points.

BSE's overall turnover came to 1.45 mln leva, while the total number of the traded issues stood at 73. A total of 23 of the company posted stock price gains.
