Angel Rabadzhiyski of Karoll investment intermediary is the broker with most deals sealed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) in 2008. A total of 127,226 transactions were completed through his account last year.

Rabadzhiyski topped the ranking in 2007 as well with 155,705 deals, which is 18.29% more compared to 2008. Rabadzhiyski was also the top broker in 2006.

Marin Kosturski retained the number 2 spot with 67,522 transactions last year. The figure represents a decline of 12.1% compared to 2007 when the broker of BenchMark Finance also ranked second with 76,814 deals.

The third spot in the ranking is once again occupied by a broker of Elana Trading but this time Ivan Ovcharov was replaced by Dimitar Georgiev with 53,154 transactions.

Angel Dimitrov of Ug Market ranks fourth with 39,589 transactions on BSE.

Ognyan Dachev of Populiarna Kasa 95 occupied the number five spot with 23,620 deals in 2008, down by 30.55%, compared to 2007.
