Intl Markets, Gas Supply Restoration To Influence BSE Trade

Trade on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange today will be influenced mainly by two factors: the negative sentiment on the international capital markets and the the positive news on the restoration of Russia gas supplies to Bulgaria, Stefan Angelov, broker at Varchev Finance, told Profit.bg.
The sentiments of the market participants influenced by these factors will determine the final direction of the indexes. The low trading volumes will continue today, which makes forecasts hard. The appearance of a larger player may easily tip the scales in one or the other way, according to Angelov.
The indexes are more likely to end today's session lower, but let's not forget that the correction in the stock price of some companies continued additionally after gas supplies were terminated.
The stocks of these companies may be expected to recover part of the losses, which may be sufficient to put the indexes in positive territory, Angelov forecast.
BSE's all four indexes closed lower yesterday. The SOFIX bluе-chip index slipped by 1.30%, to 350.53 points.
The broader BG40, shed 1.21%, to 107.11 points. BGTR30 posted the biggest decline of 2.00%, to 263.94 points.
