The companies, listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), will continue this week to report their financial results for the fourth quarter. The deadline was set for January 31, but part of the reports still have not made it to investors.

An example of this is Orgachim. The company announced that its fourth quarter results will be made public on February 6.

The general shareholders' meeting of Euroins is set of February 2. The only item on the agenda is the appointment of an actuary of the company.

The shareholders will put to vote a proposal for the appointment of Angel Terziev as an actuary.

Trade in the fourth bond issue of TBI Credit will kick off on Wednesday (February 4) on BSE, as well as the shares of Mutual Fund UBB Patrimonium Land.

Trade in the shares issued as part of the capital raise of Holding Varna will also start on February 4. The holding company hiked its capital from 2.1 mln leva to 5.235 mln leva through the issuing of 3.136 mln shares with 22 leva issue value each.

Trade in the rights of Sila Holding will continue until February 6 (Friday). The company issued a total of 2.09 mln rights, each allowing the subscription of 1.3919 new shares with 1 leva par and issue value.

At least 1.455 mln new shares have to be subscribed and paid in order for the capital raise to be successful.

The auction for the unused rights is scheduled for February 17, while the shares issued in the capital raise will be subscribed until March 6, 2009.

The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 20.24% of its value in January, to 286.79 points, while the broader BG40 ended the month at an all-time low of 91.09 points, after losing 15.78% for the month.
