The season of the annual general shareholders' meetings of the companies listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) has started. The shareholders of Quantum Developments REIT will meet today (June 15), while the general shareholders' meeting of Alfa Property-1 REIT is scheduled for tomorrow.

The shareholders of the the two REIT's will put to vote proposals for the distribution of 2.09 leva and 1.90 leva dividend per share, respectively.

The general shareholders' meeting of Devin AD will be held on June 16. The shareholders will put to vote a proposal to pledge the production assets of the company for the benefit of Raiffaisenbank Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Branch of Alpha Bank Bulgaria as a collateral for bank loans.

The shareholders of Belovo Paper Mill will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of 0.047 leva per share at a meeting on June 16 (Tuesday). The shareholders of Investment Properties REIT will meet on the following day.

The company plans to allot 1.558 leva dividend per share.

The general shareholders' meetings of Astera Cosmetics and Intercapital Property Development REIT will take place on Thursday. The companies plan to distribute 0.75 and 1.15 leva dividend per share, respectively.

Trade in the bond issue of Sofia Commerce Credit Group will also kick off on Thursday, while on the following day the shareholders of Kaolin will put to vote a proposal to distribute 0.15 leva dividend per share.

The SOFIX blue-chip index lost 2.09% last week, to 371.05 points, while BG40 shed 1.04%, до 104.05 points.
