Similarities between Romanian and Bulgarian managers

The speed with which many managers change their work place, the level of income, and an explosion of salaries in the past few years are characteristics specific to managers in both Romania and Bulgaria, the last two countries to accede to the European Union, according to a study carried out by the Advice Human Resources advisory company.
"We have found many similarities between Romanian and Bulgarian managers. Most are young managers trained in the past 20 years. They are often self-trained, accustomed to the need for combining efforts of auto-education with those needed to build a business. Less often, especially more recently, do we find managers trained and educated in traditional business schools." said Rudolf Fedorovici, Advice Human Resources Consultant.
The income of Romanian and Bulgarian managers is likewise comparable, according to Advice, which operates in both countries.
