The indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) posted declines in the first day of July. The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 0.15% to 356.20 points, while the broader BG40 skidded 0.28% lower to 100.60 points. Decliners on the day also included BG REIT (-0.17%, to 40.92 points) and BG TR30 (-0.50%, to 265.70 points).

BSE's overall turnover exceeded 515,000 leva. Traded in the stocks of REITs accounted for 272,529 leva of the figure, while the market for compensatory instruments made for 36,210 leva of the total. The value of the over-the-counter deals amounted to 460,000 leva as at 2:00 p.m.

A total of 53 issues were traded on the day with 17 of the stocks posting price gains.

Chimimport ended the day 3.21% down at 2.11 leva per share.

Three of the banking stocks ended today's session higher - Central Cooperative Bank (+0.32%, to 1.26 leva), First Imvestment Bank (+0.87%, to 2.20 leva) and Corporate Commercial Bank (+3.83%, to 61.00 leva). Bulgarian-American Credit Bank shed 0.17%, to 11.60 leva per share on the day.

Holding Roads advanced by 4.90%, to 2.59 leva today, while Trace Group Hold's stock price went down by 1.88%, to 44.25 leva per share. No deals were sealed in Moststroy's stock on the day.

Eurohold Bulgaria's stock price remained unchanged at 1.08 leva per share, while Euroins lost 3.00%, to 1.46 leva per share.

Bulgarian Real Estate Fund posted the biggest volume among REITs with 305 228 shares traded on the day. The stock price of the company remained unchanged at 0.80 leva per share.
