Stara Planina Hold acquired 32,069 shares of the capital of Patstroyinjenering JSC of Kardzhali from Trace Group Hold on 29 April 2010. The value of the deal stands at 800,000 leva.

Stara Planina Hold raised its stake in Patstroyinjenering to 53.6% after the transaction.

Patstroyinjenering JSC is a road construction and repair company. The company posted 8,346,000 leva sales revenue and 60,000 leva net profit in 2009.

Stara Planina Hold will continue its policy of investing in the holding's group of companies, including the new subsidiary Patstroyinjenering.
