Bulgarian consumers give 4.7 out of 6 possible grades for bank services, a survey of Market Links agency shows. The online survey, conducted among 1,230 clients of banking services across the country, was presented before media Tuesday. It will serve as the basis for announcing the final runners in the "Bank of Client" category of "Pari" daily's Annual Bank Awards at a ceremony which will be held on June 22.

To date the five highest rated banks, among which the final winner will be named are: DSK Bank, United Bulgarian Bank, Post Bank, First Investment Bank and Raiffeisenbank, the organizers said.

The levels of grades on the individual indicators vary between 3 (average) and 4.7 (very good) out of 6, which shows a considerable degree of client sensitivity towards the services received.

The survey showed that there are also a number of banks with lower market shares which meet the requirements of their clients to a considerable degree, Dobromir Zhivkov of Market Links commented.
