The monthly turnover of BSE in June, which stands at 454.548 mln leva (232.406 mln euros), is the fifth biggest so far, the bourse monthly bulletin reports. The greatest turnover so far was made in December 2006 – 704.597 mln leva (360.254 mln euros). The second best turnover was registered in November 2006 – 665.556 mln leva (340.293 mln euros).

February 2007 ranks third with 495.848 mln leva (253.523 mln euros) and January 2007 is fourth with 476.350 mln leva (243.553 mln euros).

A total of 33 810 deals were made last month in which 70.756 mln shares changed hands, compared to 25 997 deals and 90.937 transferred shares for the preceding month.

The most liquid stock in June was that of Chimimport with1775 transactions, followed by Corporate Commercial Bank with 1616 deals and Eurohold Bulgaria with 1553 deals.

In the 22 trading sessions in June a total of 1462 and 1341 deals have been made with the stock of First Investment Bank and Chugunoleene respectively.
