Bulgarian Rose Sevtopolis (

) has filed its IPO prospectus with the Financial Supervision Commission.

The company is planning a capital increase from 6,032,712 leva (3.084 mln euros) to 12,065,424 leva (6.168 mln euros) via issue of new 6,032,712 ordinary, paperless shares with a face and issue value of 1 lev.

Capital increase was approved by shareholders on July 13.

Main shareholders are Sopharma AD controlling 49% of the capital and Telso AD with 6.6%.

The shares of the Kazanlak-based company added 2.24% to an average of 3.65 leva today at a turnover of 5,239 shares. Orders ranged between 4.7 leva and 4.78 leva today.
